to turn off remaining Pictures.
When autozoom is enabled and you are using PictureClips or GraphicCells
to illustrate the grid elements and constructs there is a point at which
an item has "floated" off the screen but a placeholding ghost of the PictureClip's
position remains. This checkbox can remove those remaining pictures.
